Dear all,

As agreed at the meeting, we are sending you the application questionnaire for the FRIDA award in the Open and Free Internet category, with Digital Inclusion as the main theme. The proposal is that you leave us your comments, suggestions for answers to the different questions of the application. Next Wednesday 13 at 16 UTC we will meet to give final shape to the document prior to its delivery. Here are some dates and relevant information:
